At Beach Girl Bakery, we believe that everyone deserves to indulge in delicious, high-quality treats—no matter their dietary needs.
About Me
Hi, I’m Amanda! Baking has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl growing up in Rhode Island. As a true Rhode Islander born and bred, I spent my summers at the beach, soaking up the sun and dreaming of sweet treats. In 2018, my life took a turn when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and I quickly realized how difficult it was to find gluten-free baked goods that truly satisfied.
After 25 years in the corporate world, I was laid off in 2024. Instead of seeing it as a setback, I took it as an opportunity to follow my passion and bring my vision to life. My goal? To create gluten-free food so delicious that even gluten eaters won’t be able to tell the difference.
You can find me at pop-ups around Rhode Island—check back here for dates—and cheer me on as I work towards opening a storefront of my own! In the meantime, you can place all orders on our website and follow along on this exciting journey.
